Fitness and health has been a major preoccupation with both men and women from a very early time. However it is our men folk who have been obsessed with fitness routine to the extent of sounding mad. Once I heard of a French man who told his agent that he wanted a gym in Leh. When he was told that the whole of Leh has some of the best gyms in the world and there will be guaranteed 5 kilo grams weight loss on his return, the traveler was overjoyed. The agent of course meant the hard trek route that the traveler has to take, which is very common in Leh. The point being that men fitness workouts are almost as second to brushing their teeth in the morning.
There are many fitness workout routines and it depends on the body structure, health, weight, and height of the person in question. Here is a list of the men fitness workouts routines.
• Weight loss workout: You will reduce more weight in this method than in just cardio or plain weight lifting. Try to do a 10 min cardio and then to squats and lunges which will help you reduce tremendous amount of weights in just 2 months. All you need is a step and weights. Opt for weights which are slightly heavier than the most comfortable. Does it three times a week with 3 set -15 in each set?
• Back strengthening workout: 80% of men suffer from back pain and slip disc. For these there are certain yoga’s and free hands where the body posture should aim the back section. If you are more than 80 kilo grams please take the advice of your trainer when doing these exercises as you may hurt your back. The side plank and the superman are good back exercises and can be tried by all.
• Thigh reducing exercises: Great legs are an asset. To have great muscular legs brimming with energy you need to concentrate on areas such as hamstrings, quads, glutes, inner thighs and calves.
The stepper is apt equipment for this. 4000 steps and you will loose out almost 300 calories. Try out the cross country training, and gluterals to loose that extra flab from there. Exercise your thigh calf muscles just by standing taut on your heels.
• A flat tummy is a dream for all men. No one is born with a flat tummy so one has to work his way up to it. Sit ups, crunches, and jogging will help you to have a flatter tummy in no time at all.
Some people also try out circuit workout to reduce maximum flab. However this workout is tough as one really have to be fast and have tremendous strength to complete two sets of workouts in a specified time.
